FS Group has been the ‘Doctors Trusted Architect’ since 1998 when Mr. Sabir helped a Cardiologist design and develop the first Medical Office Building at the Tomball Regional Medical Complex. Twelve years later the classic design and construction quality of the building has enabled it to remain in impeccable condition and the market resale value has appreciated many times compared to the original investment.

The professionals at FS Group have helped many Doctors of all specialties design their medical office suites. In addition, a number of Doctor owned free standing Medical Office Buildings were designed and developed to accommodate their patient’s needs and to support the Doctor’s vision of their practice and projected facility growth.
