We had bought an acre of land near the hospital and wanted a firm to help us build a medical office building for our practice and some extra space to lease. Mr. Sabir with FS DESIGN helped us with the entire process of site planning, detention and drainage issues, future expansion and the current project of 8,000sf building. We used half the building for our Gastrointerological Diagnostic Practice and the remaining is leased to another physician. The design is very classy, colorful and cozy and the cost was very reasonable as well. And the firm delivered a wonderful turnkey project for us at a fixed price.

FS  Design has designed a very colorful and creative office for our pediatric practice keeping our young patients in mind. The waiting area is very lively with curved walls and bright colors and even the exam rooms have themed exam tables such as the fire engine and race cars which attract young patients to enjoy the visit at their pediatricians office. The design and construction was accomplished within our time and budget. Mr. Sabir has since then designed and built another office for us as well which is just as creative and wonderful and our staff enjoys it.

I engaged Mr. Sabir to design my new medical office building after I was displeased with the design that our General Contractor presented as part of his design-build proposal. Sabir presented his new design with a large circular building lobby with a large skylight which filled the space with magnificient natural light. The exterior is a nice rose colored brick and stucco combination with large windows that was taken from the rice university buildings. The building design is very professional and appealing.
F.S. Design also designed the interiors of the medical suites by creating a standard for the medical build-outs to maintain quality and uniformity. The Nuclear Camera Clinic, EECP and the CAT Scan Lab have been designed and executed very professionally and to a very high design standard. FS Design brought high design standards and quality at a very reasonable price and we appreciate their hard work.

FS Design has created a very beautiful medical office building for our Dermatology Practice. The covered patient drop-off and the circular lobby and waiting area are very patient friendly and inviting.
