NEWPP is a $1.8 Billion Water
Purification Plant in North Houston.
It is the largest progressive design-build project in the US. FS Group Architects is the Architect of Record and in charge of the complete architectural 40 buildings on the campus. The buildings include a 3 story 45,000s sf Administration & Maintenance Building as well as a 50,000 sf Water Intake Building on the Water in Lake Houston. The project is inspired by the Lake Houses with butterfly roofs and is aspiring to be LEED Silver Project.

FS Group Architects will be providing On-Call Construction Phase Services during the expansion of the NEWPP from 80 million gallons to 320 million gallons. They will also be working with MicroStation using Aecosim Modeling software and coordinating with the client’s BIM Team.
